AFTER is one of the worldwide leaders in the management of accreditation services. In more than 25 successful years of activity, it worked in all 5 continents, managing sport, political and cultural events.
The AFTER Accreditation System, created for the World Soccer Championship Italia 90, and subsequently developed and updated thanks to the newest technologies, is today the result of the experience acquired on the spot during many international events. The size of the badge offers a better visibility of the information contained, the double hook from which it hangs eliminates the rotation, and the presence of graphic devices and holograms to minimize falsification, are only a few of the solutions created by AFTER along the years. And they now represent the international standard for accreditation, in political and sport events. The system was conceived to guarantee high security levels, maintaining at the same time a great flexibility of use and a high defence against forgery. The G7 in Naples in 1994, the G8 in Genoa in 2001 and the Nato-Russia meeting in Pratica di Mare in 2002, all political events, along with the many international sport events for the IAAF (International Athletic Federation) show the level of security and reliability that the system can give. Keeping in mind a continuous research for solutions and new applications, AFTER successfully carried out and used an on-line accreditation system, which allows the registration to an event through the Internet in an easy and safe way. More than the 40% of the media which took part to the G8 in Genoa and to the Nato-Russia meeting in Pratica di Mare subscribed to those events via Internet. |

At present AFTER is implementing its system using the most updated RFID technologies and automatic face detection features. These new features have been successfully used during the European Council meetings in Brussels and several other events.
The AFTER staff can also offer an effective support to the organizers both in the organizing phase and during the event itself, thanks to the significant experience acquired during major events. |
